This past weekend we decided to take a little trip to Helotes, Texas to see the Randy Rogers Band at the famous John T. Floore Country Store.

We decided to make a weekend of it and stayed in Bergheim at Lindsey’s aunt Pam’s house.  Bergheim is only 20 miles from Helotes so the drive was very quick and easy.  The show was great and intimate… the perfect venue for a great Texas band.

It was a nice relaxing weekend spent with family and enjoying some great music.

Welcome to our blog

Well, it’s 2009 and we finally have a blog.  We have been wanting to set up a blog for a while now.  After a couple of false starts with previous attempts, I think we will be dedicated to this endeavor.   We hope to keep all of our friends and family up-to-date with our lives and hopefully entertained at the same time.  Life seems to move so fast now-a-days and we don’t get to keep in touch with everyone that we want to.   Maybe this blog will help us keep up with you, while you are keeping up on us.  Funny how that works out.  Enjoy!!
